Samruddhi's product should be sold as per pre-determined MRP only.

Transaction should be cash-and-carry basis only.
Dealer is not entitled to sell products through unauthorized sub-channel, such as through relatives, hardware shops, commission agent, etc.
Selling and marketing of Samruddhi's products in your assigned territory only. Marketing activities are to be managed by dealer only.

relatives, hardware shops, commission agent, etc.

In case of dealer does not exist in a particular region, a dealer has to get permission in writing to push sales in such region.

Dealer has to keep proper records for the incoming materials from Company.

Dealer has to keep proper sales records, such as name of customer, telephone number, quantity sold, complaint if any etc.

Dealer has to raise a bill for every transaction.

Dealer has to acquaint / impart training from Company's Development Officer, whenever Development Officer visits you. Dealer has to inspect his "Daily Report" and must have dealer's signature on it.

Dealer has to submit a detailed report as required by the Company within 15 days from the date of appointment of dealership. e.g. daily working report, map of areas allotted, information on regional festival (Yatras), all exhibitions.
